I approach therapy through a somatic and relational lens, helping you attune to the wisdom of the body while exploring thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Sessions may integrate EMDR, parts work, mindfulness, or other evidence-based modalities to support healing and connection.

  • A collaborative process that weaves medicine, music, and meaning. KAP can support emotional healing, soften defenses, and open access to deeper insight and self-understanding.

  • Whether you’re preparing for or reflecting on a non-ordinary experience, integration helps you bring insight into lived practice. This work grounds what’s been revealed so it can become part of everyday life.

I approach therapy through a liberation lens, recognizing how our personal stories are intertwined with the collective ones we inherit. My hope is to create a space that feels inclusive, decolonized, and grounded in awareness, where we can explore identity, conditioning, and connection with honesty and care.
